Bright City Real Estate seeks to create community and build local leaders. Located in North Charleston, South Carolina, the brand needed a distinct identity that was professional, approachable, and sincere; Bright City is a people-first brand whose strength is in their people. With a blockish yet upbeat logo mark, we were able to create an identity that captured both sides of Bright City that fit into the industry while making a distinction for themselves.
